PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA, STRESS KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BPJS KETENAGAKERJAAN KANTOR CABANG KOTA MADIUN

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of workload, work stress and work discipline on the performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan employees at the Madiun City Branch Office. There are four variables that the author wants to examine, namely workload (X1), work stress (X2) and work discipline (X3) on employee performance (Y). The object of this research is all BPJS Ketenagakerjaan employees in Madiun City. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative approach. In research using multiple linear regression techniques. Sampling using Non Probability Sampling technique. The sample used was 40 respondents. Based on the research results, the significance is 0.05: (1). Workload has a significant effect on employee performance. The tcount value of 9.069 is greater than the ttable of 2.028 and the Sig. (0.000) < 0.05 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. (2) Work stress has a significant effect on employee performance. The tcount value of 5.282 is greater than the ttable 2.028 and the Sig. (0.000) < 0.05 then H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. (3) Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. The tcount value of 7.013 was obtained, which was greater than the ttable of 2.028 and the Sig. (0.000) < 0.05 then H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted.
