PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SD HONORER DI SELURUH SDN DI KECAMATAN MAOSPATI KABUPATEN MAGETAN

Abstract


Honorary teachers are temporary teachers who are recruited in a school and obtain legal rights to honorarium, both monthly and quarterly, as well as legal protection and leave in accordance with labor law standards. This study aims to measure and examine the impact of financing and the effect of work motivation on the performance of honorary elementary school teachers in Maospati Magetan partially and simultaneously. The population used a saturated sampling technique, namely all Honorary Elementary School teachers in Maospati District, Magetan Regency, totaling 51 teachers. The method used in this research is quantitative with questionnaires and surveys as techniques in collecting data. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the t test partially, compensation has an influence on performance with the results of tcount 4.358 > ttable 2.008, with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. Work motivation obtained tcount 4.142 > ttable 2.008 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05 meaning that work motivation has a positive and partially significant effect on teacher performance. The results of the F test, it is known that Fcount 144.379 > Ftable 3.179 significant level F 0.000 <α 0.05, simultaneously compensation and work motivation have an influence on teacher performance.
