PENGARUH PENGETAHUAN, KEMAMPUAN, PENGALAMAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA SDM PADA UMKM DI DESA SUKOSARI KECAMATAN DAGANGAN KABUPATEN MADIUN

Abstract


Sukosari Village, Dagang District, Madiun Regency, has several SMEs that need to be developed in order to reduce unemployment and to create better village economic growth, of course with the provision of qualified skills and work experience which will later provide entrepreneurial provisions for SMEs. This study uses quantitative research, where the relationship of the variables is in the form of cause and effect, the results are in the form of numbers and then analyzed using statistics. Knowledge, ability, and work experience have a positive and significant impact on HR performance. At MSMEs in Sukosari Village, Datangan District, Madiun Regency, when viewed from the results of the F test (Simultaneously), an f count value of 4.373 is obtained, which means f count > f table (4.373 > 2.87). While the coefficient of determination for the value of Adjusted R Square is 0.215 or 21.5%. This is because the better the knowledge, skills and work experience a person has, the better the person's performance will be. Vice versa.
