PENGARUH GAJI, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN REKAN KERJA TERHADAP JOB LOYALTY (Studi Kasus di PT. INKA Multi Solusi Madiun)

Abstract


Human resources now have an increasingly important role in achieving the success of an organization. Many companies generally only think about how to increase employee loyalty, which is actually something that companies need to pay attention to. The purpose of this research is to identify the effect of salary, work environment, and relationships with colleagues on the level of employee loyalty (job loyalty) at PT. INKA Multi Solutions Madiun. This study uses a quantitative approach with data analysis techniques using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) Version 3.0 software. The results showed that salary has a significant effect on the level of employee loyalty (job loyalty) at PT. INKA Multi Solutions Madiun. However, the work environment and relationships with colleagues do not have a significant effect on the level of employee loyalty (job loyalty) in the company.
