PENGARUH ELECTRONIC WORD OF MOUTH, FASILITAS WISATA, DAN DESTINATIONIMAGE TERHADAP VISIT INTENTION PADA PAHLAWAN STREET

Abstract


The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth, tourist facilities, destination image on visit intention at Pahlawan Street Center in Madiun City. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used an online questionnaire, the population in this study were the people of Madiun and people outside Madiun, with a total sample of 385 respondents. Data was processed using IBM SPSS 25 and data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and determination. The results of this study show that: 1) electronic word of mouth has no effect on visit intention to Heroes Street Center in Madiun City. 2) tourist facilities have a positive and significant effect on visit intention at Heroes Street Center in Madiun City. 3) destination image has a positive and significant effect on visit intention at Heroes Street Center in Madiun City. 4) electronic word of mouth, tourist facilities, and destination image have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on visit intention at Pahlawan Street Center in Madiun City
