PENGARUH KETERLIBATAN KARYAWAN, BUDAYA ORGANISASI, DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KARISMATIK TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL PADA KARYAWAN PT SAMPOERNA TBK MADIUN

Abstract


The upkeep and management of the company's human resources are necessary, thus the business must offer training to help people reach their full potential. in order to maintain employees' commitment to the business. Companies must pay attention to indications that might impact organizational commitment because it is crucial for business. The purpose of this research is empirically demonstrate how organizational commitment of Sampoerna Tbk Madiun is impacted by employee engagement, organizational culture, and leadership style. The research method involves the use of quantitative tools. Purposive sampling was employed in the sample procedure with a total of 277 respondents. Gathering data is accomplished through the use of questionnaires. The Sobel test and multiple linear regression analysis are also included in data analysis.The findings revealed that: 1) Employee involvement has a favorable and considerable impact on PT Sampoerna TBK Madiun workers' organizational commitment. 2) Organizational culture has a good and considerable impact on the level of organizational commitment among employees at PT Sampoerna TBK Madiun. 3) People at PT Sampoerna TBK Madiun show good and significant organizational commitment when charismatic leadership is present. 4) PT Sampoerna TBK Madiun personnel are positively and significantly impacted by company culture, employee engagement, and charismatic leadership
