Abstract


Employees, as human resources, are considered an asset that needs to be managed properly by the organization. Human resource management must pay attention to employee satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to identify factors that influence job satisfaction from the perspective of hygiene theory in non-civil servant nurses at RSUD dr. Soedono Madiun City. Data were collected through questionnaires, and then processed using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) software version 3.0.The results showed that supervision and working conditions had a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of non-PNS nurses. However, company policy, salary, relationship with co-workers, job security, work space and status do not have a significant effect on the job satisfaction of non-civil servant nurses at RSUD dr. Soedono City of Madiun
