Abstract


The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction, length of work, work environment, and compensation on turnover intention (Case Study of CV Anom Meubel Magetan) simultaneously and partially. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially and simultaneously there was a significant effect of job satisfaction, length of business, work environment, and compensation on the desire to move (Case study of CV Anom Meubel Magetan).
