EFEK KOMPENSASI TERHADAP ENGAGEMENT EMPLOYE DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI MEDIASI PADA HAPPY SALON NGAWI

Abstract


To improve employee performance, it is necessary to conductresearch on the effect of compensation on employee performance with job satisfaction as employee engagement. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee engagement at Happy Salon Ngawi, the effect of compensation on job satisfaction at Happy Salon Ngawi, and the effect of compensation on employee engagement with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at Happy Salon Ngawi. The method in this study is a quantitative method. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. While the data analysis used the classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, T test, and the coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study indicate that there is a direct influence of compensation on employee engagement at Happy Salon Ngawi, so that the first hypothesis is accepted, there is a direct effect of compensation on Job Satisfaction at Happy Salon Ngawi, so the second hypothesis is accepted, and there is compensation for employee engagement with job satisfaction. work as a mediating variable at Happy Salon Ngawi indirectly, so the third hypothesis is accepted.
