Abstract


Job satisfaction can be seen from the attitude of employees towards their work related towork situations, cooperation between employees, rewards received at work and matters relating to physical and psychological factors. Job satisfaction is an important issue because job satisfaction has benefits for the benefit of individuals, industry and society. This study aims to determine the effect of task demands, workload, and work stress on employee job satisfaction at PDAM Lawu Titra, Magetan Regency.The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study were all employees of PDAM Lawu Tirta, totaling 97 people. The sample in this study used a saturated sample, where the sample was taken from the entire population. The instrument in this study uses a questionnaire that has been tested using validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis test using t test.The results of the analysis of this study indicate that: (1) task demands have a negative effect on job satisfaction of PDAM Lawu Tirta employees, Magetan Regency, (2) workload has a positive effect on job satisfaction of PDAM Lawu Tirta employees, Magetan Regency,(3) work stress has a negative effect on job satisfaction. job satisfaction of PDAM Lawu Tirtaemployees, Magetan Regency.
