Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and employee competence on work productivity with motivation as an intervention variable at the Social Service for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in Madiun City. The population and sample of the study were 54 employees of the Social Service Office of PPPA Madiun City. Data analysis using Path Analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1) Leadership Style Variables have a significant effect on Work Productivity, 2) Employee Competence Variables have a significant effect on Work Productivity, 3) Leadership Style Variables have a significant effect on Motivation, 4) Employee Competence Variables have a significant effect on Motivation, 5) Variables Work productivity has a significant effect on motivation, 6) Motivation variable is not able to mediate Leadership Style Variable on Work Productivity and Employee Competence Variable on Work Productivity.
