PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN DAN LINGKUNGAN KELUARGATERHADAP MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA DENGAN SELF EFFICACY SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI PADA MAHASISWA STRATA 1 DI JAWA TIMUR

Abstract

Abstrack This study aims to examine and determine a) the influence of Entrepreneurship Education and Family Environment on Self Efficacy. b) Influence of Self Efficacy on Interest in Entrepreneurship c) Self Efficacy mediates Entrepreneurship Education and Family Environment on Interest in Entrepreneurship. This research is a quantitative research. The number of samples used is 384 respondents. The sampling method is by non-probability sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses path analysis through SPSS 24 software. The results of this study indicate that: a) Entrepreneurship Education (X1) and Family Environment (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Self Efficacy (Z) , b) Self Efficacy (Z) has a positive and significant impact on Entrepreneurial Interest (Y), c) Self Efficacy is able to mediate Entrepreneurship Education ( X1) and Family Environment (X2) on Interest in Entrepreneurship (Y). Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui a) Pengaruh Pendidikan Kewirausahaan dan Lingkungan Keluarga terhadap Self Efficacy. b) Pengaruh Self Efficacy terhadap Minat Berwirausaha c) Self Efficacy memediasi Pendidikan Kewirausahaan dan Lingkungan Keluarga terhadap Minat Berwirausaha. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitiankuantitatif. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan yaitu 384 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel yaitu dengan cara nonprobability sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan path analisis melalui software SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa :a) Pendidikan Kewirausahaan (X1) dan Lingkungan Keluarga (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Self Efficacy (Z) , b) Self Efficacy (Z) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha (Y), c) Self Efficacy mampu memediasi Pendidikan Kewirausahaan (X1) dan Lingkungan Keluarga (X2) terhadap Minat Berwirausaha (Y) .
