PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI MTS NEGERI 13 NGAWI

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation and workload on employeeperformance at MTs Negeri 13 Ngawi partially and simultaneously. The method in this study usesquantitative methods, while the data acquisition method uses interviews and questionnaires. Thenumber of research samples was 108 employees using a saturated sample. Meanwhile, the dataanalysis used descriptive statistics, data instrument testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesistesting, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive andsignificant effect of work discipline, work motivation and workload on employee performance atMTs Negeri 13 Ngawi partially and simultaneously.
