Abstract


Human resources are the most important thing needed in a company that can determine the success or failure of a company in order to achieve a common goal in an organization. The purpose of this study was to provide empirical evidence of the effect of safety on the work productivity of PT. The Eternal Palm Oil Cape, Central Kalimantan. To provide empirical evidence of the effect of improving health nutrition on the work productivity of PT. Tanjung Sawit Abadi, Central Kalimantan. To provide empirical evidence of the interaction between safety and improvement of health nutrition in influencing the work productivity of PT. The Eternal Palm Oil Cape, Central Kalimantan. This research uses ex post facto method. The population of all employees of PT Tanjung Sawit Abadi is 87 people. In research, sampling must be representative of the population or saturated sample. The data collection technique used in this research is a questionnaire/questionnaire and documentation. The questionnaire instrument in this study used a Likert scale scoring. Likert scale is used to measure attitudes, opinions, and perceptions of a person or group of people about social phenomena.
