PENGARUH PENERAPAN GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, STRUKTUR MODAL, DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN PADA PERUSAHAAN ASURANSI JIWA YANG MENDAPATKAN PENGHARGAAN ASURANSI TERBAIK TAHUN 2020

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of good corporate governance, capital structure, and company size on financial performance. Population on This research is a life insurance company that gets a life insurance company that gets the best insurance award in 2020. Sample The research used purposive sampling method as many as 12 companies. This study uses secondary data from the company's annual report for the 2017-2020 period. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that good corporate governance has a positive effect on financial performance, capital structure has a positive effect on financial performance and firm size has a positive effect on financial performance. Simultaneously good corporate governance, capital structure and firm size have a positive effect on financial performance.
