PENGARUH INOVASI DAN KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT DI DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN DAN PENCATATAN SIPIL KABUPATEN PONOROGO

Abstract


The purpose of this study was to determine innovation and communication, to community satisfaction at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ponorogo Regency. The type of method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The research sampling technique used non-probability sampling. This study uses an error rate of 5% so that the confidence level is 95% to the population, so the number of samples in this study is 345 respondents. The results of the discussion are 1). The significance value is 0.000 > 0.05 and the Fcount is 84.857 > Ftable, 0.302, so that H0 is rejected. 2). The test results show a significance value of 0.00 <0.05 and a tcount value of 8.036 > ttable 1.967, so H0 is rejected. 3). The significance value is 0.00 < 0.05 and the t count is 4.060 > t table 1.967, so that H0 is rejected. The conclusions are: (1) Innovation and Communication have a positive and significant effect on Community Satisfaction at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ponorogo Regency. (2) Innovation has a positive and significant effect on Community Satisfaction at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ponorogo Regency. (3) Communication has a positive and significant effect on Community Satisfaction at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Ponorogo Regency.
