Abstract


Abstract This research is entitled Job Satisfaction felt by Employees When Working From Home (Case Study At PT. IMS Madiun). This study aims to examine and determine the partial or simultaneous influence of organizational factors, organizational culture, manager trust, job characteristics, humanresource support, organizational characteristics on organizational satisfaction work . This type of research is quantitative research. The number of samples used is 1060 respondents. The sampling method is by means of probability sampling. Data retrieval using a questionnaire with the distribution via google form. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis through SPSS 25.0 software. The results of this study indicate that there is a partial or simultaneousinfluence between organizational factors, organizational culture, manager trust, job characteristics, human resource support, organizational characteristics on organizational on satisfaction work.
