Abstract


Abstract The purpose of this study is to find out the Effect of Convenience, Rating Services, Free Postage, and Cash On Delivery (COD) Services on Purchasing Decisions. The research method used is descriptive research with quantitative approach methods using multiple validity, reliabilityand linear tests using the SPSS Version 16 program. The results of this study showed that the convenience variable of 0.036, the rating review variable of 0.029, the postage free service variableof 0.003, and the COD service variable of 0.010 which means less than < 0.05, it can be concluded that there is an effect of convenience, rating reviews, free postage services, and COD services have a simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions so that they are accepted.
