PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA DAN INSENTIF TERHADAP LOYALITAS KARYAWAN (Studi Pada J&T Express Kota dan Kabupaten Madiun)

Abstract


The incentives provided by J&T Express City and Regency of Madiun are lower than similar companies, but the level of employee loyalty from J&T Express City and Regency of Madiun is high even though the workload given is high. This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the effect of workload on employee loyalty, the effect of incentives on employee loyalty, and the effect of workload and incentives on employee loyalty at J&T Express City and Madiun Regency. This
study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis model. The research population is all employees of J&T Express City and Madiun Regency with a total of 80 employees. Determination of the number of samples using saturated sampling technique. The research instrument is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) Workload had a positive and
significant effect on employee loyalty of J&T Express City and Madiun Regency, (2) Incentives had a negative and significant effect on employee loyalty of J&T Express City and Madiun Regency, (3) Workload and incentives had an effect on simultaneously on the loyalty of employees of J&T Express City and Madiun Regency.
