PENGARUH KEBIJAKAN PEMERINTAH TERHADAP KINERJA UKM PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 (STUDI KASUS PADA KOTA MADIUN)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of government policies on the performance of SMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic (Case study in Madiun City). The type of research used in this study is a quantitative approach. This research uses multiple linear regression technique. Sampling using the Probability Sampling technique with the area sampling method. The sample used was 381 respondents. Based on the statistical test results, it shows that partially Skills Training has a positive effect on the performance of SMEs, Credit has a positive effect on the performance of SMEs and Business Development has a positive effect on the performance of SMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic in Madiun City.
