PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA (Studi Kasus Pada Mie Gacoan Madiun)

Abstract


The purpose of this study was to determine the Influence of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on Employee Work Productivity (Case Study on Mie Gacoan Madiun). The data collection method was carried out through a questionnaire which was distributed to all Mie Gacoan Madiun employees. The population in this study were all employees of Mie Gacoan Madiun. The sample used in this study was 45 respondents with a sampling technique using a saturated sample, and the data collection instrument using a questionnaire with a Likert scale that was tested and met the requirements of reliability and validity. The data obtained were
then processed using the SPSS 24 analysis tool and the multiple linear regression analysis method. The results show that leadership style affects work productivity of Mie Gacoan Madiun employees, organizational culture affects work productivity of Mie Gacoan Madiun employees, and leadership style and organizational culture affect work productivity of Mie Gacoan Madiun employees.
