Abstract


Abstract This study aims to determine whether or not compensation has an effect on job satisfaction with motivation as an intervening variable for Grab Bike Partners in Madiun City.This research method uses a quantitative research design and uses primary data taken directly from the respondents using a questionnaire. The sample in this study was 99 GrabBike Partners in Madiun City. The results showed that compensation had a positive and significant effect on motivation. Motivation had a positive and significant effect onsatisfaction. Compensation had a positive and significant effect on compensation satisfaction and motivation had a positive and significant effect on satisfaction.
