Abstract


The purpose of this study was to determine the Influence of Leadership Patterns and Organizational Culture on Employee Behavior (Case Study at PT Dana Mandiri Sejahtera). The method of collecting data was through a questionnaire which was distributed to all employees of PT Dana Mandiri Sejahtera. The population in this study were all employees of PT Dana Mandiri Sejahtera. The sample used in this study was 44 respondents with the sampling technique using a saturated sample, and the data collection instrument using a questionnaire with a Likert scale that was tested and met the requirements of reliability and validity. The data obtained were then processed using the SPSS 24 analysis tool and the multiple linear regression analysis method. The results show that leadership patterns affect the behavior of PT Dana Mandiri Sejahtera employees, organizational culture affects the behavior of PT Dana Mandiri Sejahtera employees, and leadership patterns and organizational culture affect the behavior of PT Dana Mandiri Sejahtera employees.
