Abstract
ABSTRACT The background of this to determine the efect of Transformational Leadership styl, Motivation and Work Discipline on Service Quality with research at the Departertment of Populations and Civil Registrations of Madiun City. With the number of respondents who became a sample of 90 people. The population in this study were employes of the Madiun City Population and Civil Registration Service. Based on the test result, transformational leadership style has a significant negative effect on service quality. Motivation has a positive effect on service quality and work discipline has a significant positive effect on service quality.
