Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Stres Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention pada Karyawan Bank Konvensional di Kota Madiun

Abstract


This study entitled "The Effect of Job Satisfaction, and Job Stress Towards Turnover Intention
conducted on Conventional Bank employees in the City of Madiun". The purpose of this study
was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and job stress on turnover intention on
Conventional Bank employees in Madiun City. This research is descriptive quantitative as
explanatory research, with data collection techniques through questionnaires. Sampling using
quota sampling technique. The respondents are as many as 232 people. Data analysis uses
multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test, and hypothesis test (t-test). Based on
the results of the t-test, it was found that the variable Job Satisfaction (X1) partially had no
significant effect towards Turnover Intention (Y) with a significance value of 0.055 greater than
the alpha value of 0.05. While the Work Stress variable (X2) partially has a significant effect
towards Turnover Intention (Y) with a significance value of 0,000 less than the alpha value of
0.05.
