Abstract


The Good Governance Accounting of Village Government Fund in Creating Public Trust
The three pillars that are interrelated each other in realizing good governanceare(1)Transparency;(2)Participation; and (3) Accountability. Kebonagung Village,Mejayan District, Madiun Regency uses Village Funds sourced from the Central Government and APBdes profit sharing funds. The funds are used for physical infrastructure development. The good effect, Kebonagung is being the only village in Madiun Regency as an independent tourism village.
The research design used is qualitative approach. Sources of data in this study include primary data, namely Kebonagung Village Government. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation.In creating public trust, indicators are needed to make good governance runs well. The indicators are accountability, transparency and responsiveness. Village Financial Reports are actually generated from village financial management cycle. It starts from the planning, budgeting, implementating, and administrating, reporting the accountability for village financial management.
