PENGARUH KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL, KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BPR TUNAS ARTHA JAYA ABADI CABANG MEJAYAN

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, work motivation and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on the performance of Tunas Artha Jaya Abadi employees. This study uses a saturated sample, where the entire study population will be selected as a sample  of  62  employees. The  data  analysis technique used  in  this  study  is  multiple linear  analysis techniques with the help of Software Packafe for Social Science (SPSS) for Windows. The results of the study show emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, work motivation and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This study shows that employees who have high intelligence on where they work will show an increased performance. This situation is also accompanied by the attitude of employees who have high organizational commitment, work motivation and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) to work and other employees will show improved performance and attitudes that are more sociable, friendly, and more receptive to jobs that are he got without complaining much.
