PENGARUH STRES KERJA, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA JNE CABANG MADIUN

Abstract


The development of science and technology is very rapid, bringing changes in human life. These changes lead to higher demands on each individual to further improve their own performance. The existence of these developments, resulting in employees must change the pattern and system of work in accordance with the demands that exist today.The purpose of this study can be formulated as follows: (1) To prove empirically the influence of work stress partially on the performance of employees at JNE Branch Madiun. (2) To prove empirically the influence of the work environment partially on the performance of employees at JNE Branch Madiun. (3) To prove empirically the effect of work motivation partially on employee performance at JNE Branch Madiun.

The population in the study were 120 JNE employees. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression, t test.

The results of the study showed (1) There was an effect of work stress partially on the performance of employees at JNE Branch Madiun. (2) There is the influence of the work environment partially on the performance of employees at JNE Branch Madiun. (3) There is an influence of work motivation partially on the performance of employees at JNE Branch Madiun.
