ANALISIS KINERJA KARYAWAN STUDI PADA WOKRSHOP PT INKA MULTI SOLUSI

Abstract


To face business competition, company performance needs to be improved. Company performance can improve if employee performance is in good condition. So in this study aims to analyze the performance of employees who are influenced by variable distance domicile, family conflict and work motivation. The research was carried out in the railroad component company, namely PT INKA Multi Solusi which had 2500 employees. In this study 100 samples were taken with the criteria of living outside of Madiun and already married. A quantitative approach was undertaken in this study, with primary data as research material. This sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data analysis used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination test (R2) which are all managed by the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variable distance of domicile, family conflict and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT INKA Multi Solusi Wokrshop. In the determinant coefficient test 17.8% of employee performance is influenced by the variables examined in this study, while the rest is influenced by other variables outside the model.
