IMPLEMENTATION OF EMPLOYEE ASSESSMENT SYSTEM USING AHP (ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS) METHOD BASED ON WEBSITE IN MADIUN POST OFFICE

Abstract


This study aims to build an employee appraisal system at the Madiun Post Office. With the existence of an employee appraisal system, it will simplify the employee appraisal process at the Post Office. The results of employee assessments will be more accurate by using three criteria that are used as a reference in the assessment using the AHP method, namely attitudes, attendance, and work targets. The method used is the waterfall. Following is the flow of the waterfall method: Requirement Analysis, System Design, Implementation, Testing, Deployment, Maintenance. The results of this study are the Employee Evaluation System at the Madiun Post Office by Using the Web-Based Analytical Hierarchy Process.
