SISTEM INFORMASI PESERTA PELATIHAN BERBASIS WEB PADA UPT BALAI LATIHAN KERJA MADIUN TRAINING PARTICIPANTS INFORMATION SYSTEM WEB BASED AT UPT BALAI LATIHAN KERJA MADIUN

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology requires all fields of life to use both desktop and web-based information systems to help human activities. UPT Vocational Training Center Madiun working under the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of East Java Province which is located at Jalan Sumatra No. 27 Caruban Madiun provides services in the form of skills to trainees to become well-equipped to work in the formal and informal sectors that are highly competitive. UPT Vocational Training Center Madiun also needs an information system that supports management services for trainees. The problem is that there has not been any detection for prospective trainees who have been trainees in previous training with different vocational training same year, they still need time in announcing the selection of trainees, searching for training curriculum programs and making certificates and the difficulty in giving reports of trainee grades. The information system development methodology used is the waterfall. The information system is  designed and built based on the web using the Php MyAdmin programming language and MySQL as the database. With this information system designed and built, it can facilitate the management of training participants' data that can be accessed online.
