Abstract


This article discusses the multiple intelligences approach to mathematics learning. Its function is for students to develop a way of rational thinking and intelligence in order to become qualified graduates. Multiple intelligences learning approach to mathematics learning can provide activities in addition to knowing the concept of matter, such activity can be used to train potential intelligence possessed by the students. The function of intelligence is to assist students in overcoming the problem as well as in activities undertaken. This caused intelligence possessed by students work together in complex ways. Because there are no restrictions for students to be able to master all kinds of intelligence, the intelligence can be trained through mathematic learning with multiple intelligences approach. The effect of this is to get primary school multitalented so it is ready and able to compete in the era of the ASEAN economic community. By obtaining a multi talented graduate automatically the quality of primary school graduates will increase.
