Abstract


Learning science conducted by teachers of grade IV Ampeldento 01Elementary School fixed on guide books and learning to use the lecture method. Inactive students in learning and learning achievement indicated is still low at only 24% of students who completed the above KKM. Another issue that is currently developing is a traditional game had been left by a child. Children prefer to play with their gadgets.This traditional game is the cultural property of the nation that needs to be preserved. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of learning with guided inquiry learning model combined the traditional Chinese game of blind in improving learning achievement IPA fourth grade students of Ampeldento 01 Elementary School. This research is a class act that consist of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The instrument used in this study is a test sheet, observation and field notes. Results showed student achievement in the first cycle there are 60% of the children who completed the above KKM with - rata76, 12, in the second cycle students learning completeness reached 84% with an average of 86.2. Based on these data it can be seen that the application of guided inquiry learning model combined the traditional Chinese game of blind can improve learning achievement fourth grade science students at Ampeldento 01Elementary School.
